コージー・パウエル（Cozy Powell、本名：Colin Flooks、1947年12月29日-1998年4月5日 ）は、イングランドのグロスタシャー州サイレンセスター出身のドラム奏者。

12歳の時学校のオーケストラでドラムを担当したことからキャリアを始める。1960年代ハーモニー・ヴォーカルのポップバンドザ・ソーセラーズに加わりドイツのクラブ・サーキットで活動をする。1968年イギリス・バーミンガムに移り住み、ザ・ムーヴのベーシスト、エース・ケフォードのエース・ケフォード・スタンドやセッション・ドラマーとして活動し、ザ・ソーセラーズのメンバー、デイヴ・ボール、デニス・ボールらとビッグ・バーサを結成して活動する。
1970年、ジェフ・ベックに見出され、1971年に第二期ジェフ・ベック・グループのドラマーとしてキャリアを上げる。
グループ消滅後はセッション・ドラマーとして仕事を続け、録音した個人名義のEP、「Dance with The Devil(1972)」が1974年になってスマッシュ・ヒット作となり自身の名を冠したバンド、コージー・パウエルズ・ハマーを結成する。1975年、リッチー・ブラックモアのレインボーのオーディションに応募し第2期レインボーを支えるドラマーとなる。また、1979年に初のソロ・アルバム『オーヴァー・ザ・トップ』発表。「Theme one」はBBCの音楽番組トップ・オブ・ザ・ポップスのオープニング曲に使われ、タイトル曲は、チャイコフスキー「序曲1812年」に合わせてのドラム・ソロ（レインボーのライブでも披露されていた演出）が収録されている[1]。
レインボーでのパフォーマンスが認められ、1980年代にはグラハム・ボネット、ロバート・プラント、マイケル・シェンカー・グループ、ホワイトスネイク、エマーソン・レイク・アンド・パウエル、ブラック・サバス等、ハード・ロックを代表するドラマーとして数々のレコーディングやバンド・メンバーとして契約した。1990年代にはベーシストのニール・マーレイと組んで、ブライアン・メイやピーター・グリーンのバンドに参加。その他、イングヴェイ・マルムスティーン等と共演。
26インチのツイン・バス・ドラムをノー・ミュートで演奏できる数少ないドラマーである。
レーサーへの転向を考えて一時期音楽をやめた[2]こともあるほど自動車の運転が好きだったが、1998年4月5日未明、イギリス・ブリストル郊外の高速道路にてサーブ9000ターボをシート・ベルトをせず酩酊下で運転かつガールフレンドと携帯電話で会話していたため、時速167kmで中央分離帯に衝突事故死した。
