ブルース・カミングス

ブルース・カミングス（Bruce Cumings, 1943年 - ）は、アメリカを代表する歴史修正主義の歴史家である。

専門は、政治学、朝鮮半島を中心とする東アジア政治。1975年、コロンビア大学大学院で博士号取得。ワシントン大学国際関係学部を経て、シカゴ大学歴史学部教授。

著書『朝鮮戦争の起源』で朝鮮戦争の開戦責任を韓国と米国に負わせ、北朝鮮を擁護する歴史修正主義的主張を発表し、1980年代に大きな影響力を持ったが、ソ連崩壊後にソ連の秘密文書が公開され、カミングスの主張は説得力を失った。
