オリヴィエ・ブランチャード（Olivier Jean Blanchard、1948年12月27日―）は、フランスのアミアンで生まれたアメリカの経済学者。フランス国籍でアメリカの永住権をもつ。
マサチューセッツ工科大学（MIT）の教授だが、現在はIMFのチーフエコノミストとして活躍している。専門はマクロ経済学である。日本での名前の呼び方には、他にオリビエ・ブランチャード、オリヴィエ・ブランシャール、オリビエ・ブランシャールなど多様なものがある。
