ジョニ・ミッチェル(Joni Mitchell、1943年11月7日－)はカナダの女性歌手、画家、写真家。

カナダ・アルバータ州のフォート・マクレオド生まれ。1960年代にトロントでフォーク音楽活動を開始。その後アメリカニューヨークに移り、1970年代のポップシーンで活躍した。音楽だけでなく、多彩な芸術家として写真や絵画など多方面で活躍し、自作の多くをデザインするだけでなく個展などでその才能を遺憾なく発揮している。ローリング・ストーン誌の2003年8月号のカバーストーリー、「ローリング・ストーンの選ぶ歴史上最も偉大な100人のギタリスト」に於いて第72位。
