『シャドウズ・アンド・ライト』 (Shadows and Light) は1980年に発売されたジョニ・ミッチェルのライブ・アルバムで、1979年9月にカリフォルニアの「Santa Barbara County Bowl」で収録された音源が使用されている。後にライブ映像作品としても発売されている。ツアーには『ミンガス』に参加しているジャコ・パストリアスとドン・アライアスを中心にマイケル・ブレッカー、パット・メセニー、ライル・メイズらが加わり、ジャズ・フュージョン色が強くなり、これまでのジョニ・ミッチェルとは違ったサウンドのコンサートとなっている。
