チェルトナムゴールドカップチェイス（Cheltenham Gold Cup Chase）は、毎年3月にイギリスのチェルトナム競馬場で行われている競馬の障害競走である。格付けはG1（グレード1）。4日間で20万人が観戦する英国最大の競馬開催・チェルトナムフェスティバルのメインレースであり、英愛障害競馬の長距離ステープルチェイス路線の年間王者決定戦としての格を有する。英国におけるレース単位での馬券の売り上げはグランドナショナルに次ぐ、最も人気の高いレースの一つである。出走条件は5歳以上。斤量は5歳馬が11ストーン（約69.9kg）、6歳以上は11ストーン10ポンド（約74.4kg）、牝馬は7ポンド（約3.2kg）減。障害数は22。

創設は1924年。イギリスのスティープルチェイスは他にグランドナショナルが特に有名であり、初期はグランドナショナルの前哨戦と見られていた時期もあった。ハンデキャップ競走であるグランドナショナルに対して、定量の長距離チェイスとして戦後にその地位を向上させ、独立した最高峰のレースの1つとして認められることになった。なおグランドナショナル、チェルトナムゴールドカップを同一年度に制した馬は、1934年のゴールデンミラーのみであり、この馬は1932年から1936年にかけチェルトナムゴールドカップを5連覇した。
