T1 (ティーワン、旧称：SK Telecom T1、またはSKT T1) は、SKテレコムとComcast Spectacorの合弁会社であるT1 Entertainment & Sportsが運営する韓国のeスポーツ組織[1]。

概要[編集]

『スタークラフト』で活動していたチーム4 Unionが前身となり、韓国の無線通信事業者であるSKテレコムがチームを買収し、SK Telecom T1へ改称、設立した[2]。これまでに、『League of Legends』の世界大会で2013年、2015年、2016年、2023年に優勝している。

  • 2月28日、2つ目の『League of Legends』部門を設立。これにより登録名がSK Telecom T1 #1 (T1 S)、SK Telecom T1 #2 (T1 K)となった[3]。

2014年[編集]

  • 12月2日、『League of Legends』部門の2チームが大会規約の変更により統合。登録名がSK Tekecom T1に戻る[4]。

2016年[編集]

  • 10月18日、チームの母体であった『スタークラフト』部門が解散[5]。

2018年[編集]

  • 8月12日、『PUBG』部門を設立[6]。

  • 1月8日、『PUBG Mobile』部門が解散[15]。
  • 3月11日、『Rainbow Six Siege』部門を設立[16]。

  • 10月4日、『PUBG』部門が解散[19]。
  • 11月1日、運営法人であるSK telecom CS T1 Co.が、SK Square（SKテレコムの子会社）の傘下となった[20][21]。

League of Legends[編集]

歴史[編集]

設立当初は、「Eat Sleep Game」の元メンバーで構成されていた[3]。設立してから数日で初タイトルを獲得[25]。2013年10月に行われたLeague of Legends Season 3 World Championshipでは、韓国チームとして初めて優勝した[3][26]。翌年の世界大会は出場できなかったが、2015年、2016年に2連覇達成、大会史上初となる3回優勝したチームとなった[27]。
