Texas State Preservation Board
From: http://www.tspb.state.tx.us/CVC/plan/images/Japanese_CVC.pdf
Which of these characters is the Japanese name of the Texas State Preservation Board?
- Hi, Whisper. Sorry, i can't understand what you want to ask. Second line of first page of that PDF is text "テキサス州議会議事堂保存局分課". Can this be answer? --Was a bee 2010年9月16日 (木) 00:09 (UTC)
-
- No, Whisper is asking although the original title in English is "Capitol visitors Center, a division of the State Preservation Board", how it becomes "議事堂観光案内センター, テキサス州議会議事堂保存局分課" ("Capitol visitors Center, Texas state capitol preservation department division"). In English, there is a common usage "a division of" or "an affiliate of", however in Japanese there is no equivalent expression. The "テキサス州議会議事堂保存局分課" is an incorrect Japanese because 分課 is not a correct usage. The correct translation may be "テキサス州保存委員会, 議事堂観光案内センター". In Japanese often the name is described from the top to the bottom like an address (Tokyo-to Chiyoda-ku Nagata-cho 1-7-1) and a name (Kan Naoto), while in English the name is described from the bottom to the top. So answer is "Texas State Preservation Board" is "テキサス州保存委員会" not in the PDF.
- Thank you very much. Let me put the request in the requested articles page.

Photo Request : The University of Kyoto
Hi, I am currently working on the French article of the University of Kyoto for one of our wikicontest, but they are only a few photos about it on wikicommons. I have also checked on Flickr, but the licences are not the good ones. So if someone in Kyoto could go to the main campus (or a satellite one: Uji...) and take more pictures of it (buildings, library, museum, students facilities...), it would greatly appreciated. Feel free to answer in Japanese here or on my French profile. Thanks in advance, XIIIfromTOKYO 2010年9月15日 (水) 04:38 (UTC)
- Hi XIIIfromTOKYO. Sure, available images about Kyoto Univerisity looks very few :/ So I post your image request to 画像提供依頼[2]. I hope somebody respond it. Thank you. --Was a bee 2010年9月22日 (水) 13:38 (UTC)
Use of Gaba logo
Hello, I have posted the company logo (
) to the Gaba_(企業) Japanese page. It has been removed from the Gaba Japanese page and tagged for having no source/copyright information. The same logo is on the English page. I am sorry, but my Japanese skills are not good enough to put in the "fair use" rationale. The source is http://www.gaba.co.jp/ If someone could help with this I would be very thankful!
- Hi Alex MacIntosh88. Thank you for your posting :). In Japanese Wikipedia, "fair use" policy has not yet established. So in Japanese Wikipedia, using images depend on solely "fair use" is not possible, sorry. --Was a bee 2010年9月16日 (木) 01:27 (UTC)
- In my opinion, If the file will be accepted in Wikimedia Commons as commons:Template:PD-textlogo, like commons:File:Panasonic logo (Blue).svg, it would become possible to use that image in Japanese Wikipedia also. --Was a bee 2010年9月16日 (木) 01:42 (UTC)
- Hi Was a bee, thanks for your advice! I re-uploaded the file through wikimedia commons and have added it back to the Gaba article. I didn't know fair use was not okay in the Japanese wikipedia. Thanks for teaching me!
Proposal for GoogleTrans gadget
Hi there,
Sorry about the English.
I have had a GoogleTrans gadget on the enwiki for almost a year now. If you position the cursor over a word and hit the SHIFT key it will popup the google translation of that word. It is like the google toolbar translation feature except that it will also handle selected text (< 500 characters). The gadget is currently running on 10 wikis.
The help page for the gadget is at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Endo999/GoogleTrans
and the code is at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Endo999/GoogleTrans.js
There are instructions on how to port the gadget onto other wikis on the help page.
For languages that don't have spaces between words, (like Chinese and Japanese) all the Japanese between the cursor and the next space or punctuation mark will be translated. This is almost always < 500 characters.
Good luck with your wiki. Anybody who is learning Japanese by reading jawiki articles could benefit from this gadget.

Translating en:Deekshabhoomi to Japanese
Hi, I am Shivashree from India. I've been working on a project to translate the article en:Deekshabhoomi in various languages.
Deekshabhoomi is the place in central India where about 400,000 people converted to Buddhism at a single moment on October 14, 1956. It is visited by several visitors every year, mainly from the Buddhist countries.
On October 14th, there is the 55th anniversary of the conversion ceremony. It would be a great honor for me if someone of you can please translate the article in Japanese by that time. Please let me know on my English Wikipedia talk page if you can translate it. Thanking you. With a lot of love from the land of Buddha.

- Thanks for translating the article, really thanks a lot! Unfortunately, I know no Japanese and I cannot read what you have written above nor can I read the article in Japanese. Can you please explain it in English what you have said above?

- Although in the en:Deekshabhoomi were citation neededs, the article was not so large and personally being interested in that site(and Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar), I had translated it. Please check it. ....Sorry, for my pooor Engrish. I'm not trained for English Writing.--ЧК 2010年9月27日 (月) 04:39 (UTC)

Create a book" feature
I've been through all the help pages and did a lot of searches, but I could not find out why the "Create a book" feature is not available in Japanese Wikipedia. The script that generate PDF files seems to handle unicode encoding and Japanese characters good so there is no technical issues. If it's not possible to create a book on Wikipedia Japan, how can I do it for myself?
I need reliable website references for death dates http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Database_reports/Living_people_on_EN_wiki_who_are_dead_on_other_wikis
There are whole bunches of Japanese people listed as dead in the Japanese Wiki but not in the English Wikipedia. I would like to edit the English Wiki to reflect the deaths but I can't find reliable (non blog) references or obituaries on line. I'm not sure how long Japanese newspapers keep obituaries archived, and they are not showing up on Google searches. Any help would be appreciated.
- I don't know the site which collect dates of deaths and also reliable. Though this is not easy way, how about using en:Google News Archive? Some of its search results are reliable sources. keyword "訃報" (means "death report" in Japanese) could work for your purpose. Like this. --Was a bee 2010年10月16日 (土) 18:29 (UTC)

- Incidentally there is a bot that is used for this purpose and has been translated into quite a few languages. Somebody should think about bringing over the template bot to the Japanese wiki, just to check up on things. We have caught quite a few errors and omissions.

- Hello WhisperToMe. I want to go to Guam. I made section at Wikipedia:画像提供依頼/地域#アメリカ. I think there would be most suitable place for your request in Japanese Wikipedia. By the way, Guam is not Japan? So I suppose, possibility that you can get response is low. How about to put your request at English Wikipedia? If you already did that, sorry. Thank you :) --Was a bee 2010年10月11日 (月) 09:12 (UTC)
- Thank you for making the section!
- I will also post my requests at the English Wikipedia and the Commons too :)
- Because there are so many Japanese tourists to Guam (and Guam's tourism industry mostly caters to Japan), it is crucial for someone who is posting a photo request related to Guam to post those requests on the Japanese Wikipedia - I will post some Hawaii requests as well, because Hawaii gets so many tourists from Japan.

Typeface on Japanese Wikipedia
Hi, I'm from Gan Wikipedia, could anyone here please tell me how to adjust the typeface on our wiki as same as yours, which is much bigger and nicer.
- Insert the following code into your MediaWiki:Vector.css.
/* enlarge font-size */ #bodyContent { font-size: 94.4%; }
- The Vector skin sets the font-size of the contents to 0.8em (80%). (Search for #bodyContent in http://gan.wikipedia.org/skins-1.5/vector/main-ltr.css ) The above code overwrites this setting to 94.4%, making it larger than the original. (For your information, the relevant discussion can be found at Wikipedia:井戸端/subj/ベクタースキンの文字サイズ.)
-
- Thanks a lot. I followed your instructions while nothing changed till now. In fact, we have MediaWiki:Monobook.css page, but something works no more since the "new features". Taking the page you gave me as a look, it writes: "The following code is slightly modified from monobook". So could you please tell me how to modify this page?--Symane 2010年10月19日 (火) 10:21 (UTC)
-
-
- Old skin = Monobook, New skin = Vector. Editing Vector.css should work. You don't have to edit main-ltr.css in theory, and we don't, because the settings in Mediawiki:Vector.css override main-ltr.css. (You'd have to ask the developers to change the latter, which I do not recommend.)
- I saw that, indeed, your changes to gan:MediaWiki:Vector.css did not appear as expected, so I tried purging the cache in gan-wiki by accessing your pages with "action=purge", and now I see that gan-wiki's font-size is indeed set to 94.4%. After clearing your browser cache, check your wiki again. --朝彦 2010年10月20日 (水) 02:38 (UTC) Corrected an error in filename --朝彦 2010年10月20日 (水) 04:34 (UTC)

Commons:Category:Naruto and Commons:Category:One Piece
Would someone mind giving a notification to Japanese editors of Naruto (anime and manga) articles that every image on Commons:Category:Naruto and its daughter categories needs a description in Japanese?
Also an editor on the English Wikipedia expressed concerns that some images on the Commons category for Naruto may be violating copyright: en:Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Anime_and_manga#Commons_category:_Naruto
- "Actually, many of those images are not free images because they are derived from copyrighted images of the original work. Because of that, they are in violation of Common's policies. —Farix (t | c) 20:08, 20 October 2010 (UTC) "
So please help determine if the images in the category are or are not violating copyright. See also Commons:Village_pump#Naruto_images copyright concerns
As for Commons:Category:One Piece the pictures in that category need Japanese descriptions.

- I have begun to add the French images to Japanese Wikipedia articles about Naruto.
Help for translation
Good morning. With the help of a Japanese friend we have partly translated this page re an an international artisic literary movement (which includes several Japanese artists). Before uploading it we need your help to see if it is in the right format and to remove the mistakes. Is there a Tutor to whom to show the page for example in a sandbox ? Thanks a lot for your help--Aeron10 2010年10月26日 (火) 09:33 (UTC)
- There are no "tutors" in Wikipedia. You can just go ahead and post it, since that's the whole point of wiki -- editing together and fixing stuff as you go along. But if you're not so confident about it, just drop a message here after you've posted the article. Somebody (or I) might check the article.
- We're very grateful for your suggestions. I have posted the page of the international movement here: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMMAGINE%26POESIA
- Can you please check it and remove the mistakes? Thanks in advance and greetings from Italy --Aeron10 2010年10月27日 (水) 06:26 (UTC)
Checked and fixed some format and broken links. I had to remove some subjective and non-verifiable comments such as what appears in the English version as "much appreciated poet of the movement" (which should not be there in the English version also.) Anyway, thank you for your contribution.
We are very very grateful for your help. We're so happy the page is on Ja.WP too.

Fundraising needs translations!
Hi Everyone!
This is a quick note looking for any help you guys can give in doing some quick translations for the 2010 Fundraiser. You can see the requests at the Meta translation page. The fundraiser starts a week from today (Monday November 15th) but we will be going up to 100% This Friday for testing throughout the weekend. Translations of the letter from Jimmy Wales and and the "core messages" are especially important and sadly we do not yet have any Japanese translations. Please let me know if you have any questions! [編集] a list of keywords
Hello,
I'm doing my project into language processing and I'm using Wikipedia. I want to use several languages in the tests, included the one of this version. And since I need some articles to analyze I wanted to ask for your help. Precisely, some keywords I will explain now.
Actually what I am looking for is a list in your language with the names of those territories which represents an entity of speakers (therefore possible wikipedia contributors) of your language, the name its people or gentilic, and the name of the language (if it is the same language and it has a different name). These territories must be in practice independent from each others or at least be considered so by the speakers. This is the case of colonies, excolonies, other countries which historically speak the same language or minorities attached into the country next to yours.
For example, a list in english something like. "english", "england", "irish", "ireland", "scottish", "scotland", "british", "united_kingdom", "american", "united_states", "canada", "canadian", "australia", "australian", "new_zealand", "new_zealander". Probably there are some others which are not very big but I don't know cuz I'm not familiar.
If you were so kind to produce me this list, I would so appreciate it! Thank you very much!

It seems that the transliteration was partially chosen to conform to what "Stipe" would be pronounced in English. However, I believe the correct transliteration would be スティーペ or スチペ or any combination of the two. For example, the pronunciation of another Croatian named Stipe is given in en: as [ˈstiːpɛ] and the corresponding article in ja: has the name written as スティペ.
Perhaps Stipe Erceg is much better known in Japan as スタイプ, however, I'd say スティペ・エルツェッグ should be given preference because it's closer to the original Croatian pronunciation. I will move the article, of course, if you believe my move should be reverted, do so.

Where is the Evergreen 747 Supertanker regarding the Fukushima_I_nuclear_accidents?
Please excuse the off-topic posting. I don't know Japanese, so I can't post this in the relevant DISCUSSION page about the Nuclear Accidents. If anyone want to copy and paste this there, please go ahead and do so. As topic line says...
I would like to know why the Japanese Government has not even bothered to pick up the phone and give Evergreen Air a call about their 747 SuperTanker. I do not understand the pathetic attempts to use a helicopter to drop water on these plants when a much more effective tool is ready and (apparently LITERALLY) waiting for the Japanese to give them a call. I'm talking about the Evergreen 747 Supertanker. Does anyone have any information about why Evergreen apparently has not even received a phone call from the Japanese about hiring out their plane? More than 20K gallons in one precision drop seems like a good idea to me!

Week of Japanese Article
Hello. Members of Polish Wikipedia are organising a Week of Japanese Article (21-27 March). The purpose of this event is to show our support for tsunami and earthquake victims by expanding number of articles on Japan. I would be grateful if you could translate our Wikinews article and post it on Japanese Wikipedia to let your members know about our event. Here is the article, it does not have to be translated directly:
"Starting today, every member of Polish Wikipedia will be able to participate in a "Week of Japanese Article" event which symbolises users' support for victims of Japanese cataclysm. The date of the event is not without reason since on 22 March 1919 Japan acknowledged Poland as an independent country. As a warm-up, for past three days dozens of articles have been already written.
The purpose of the event is to expand number of articles on Japanese geography, history, culture, art, etc. Officialy, the event is planned to last until 27th March. However, it is strongly believed that those actions will bring long-lasting effects and motivate users to deepen their knowledge and continue creating articles connected with Japan.
The progress of the "Week of Japanese article" can be seen on the following webpage" --Annabartnik 2011年3月21日 (月) 20:00 (UTC)

- "More Scott Pilgrim junk"
Would anyone mind making sure that this is mentioned in the Japanese article? (Which seems to cover the book AND the movie)
- Wow! Thanks for the tip. Looks like there are only three volumes in Japan.
- Unfortunately the Japanese article only covers movie, but not at all the comics. I guess this is going to be my next project ;-) --Bugandhoney 2011年9月16日 (金) 17:49 (UTC)

Hello to all. [編集] Tagging with NowCommons
Hi! I noticed that some files on ja-wiki is also on Commons but they have not been tagged with Template:NowCommons. The template can be added with a bot and I did some examples to show how here [5]. I forgot that on ja-wiki "File:" must be included in the template so the first few edits are not correct. I fixed that and the last 3 edits works. So my question is "Should we add NowCommons?" If yes I can do it or a local user could make a bot and do it.

Hi there, I wanted to ask if it's possible for you to take a look at this Article which I have Created in your Wiki. I think it needs some edition but i'm not familier with your language. thanks, Hafezdivandari 2011年7月2日 (土) 11:57 (UTC)
- Checked; see my editing on アリ・ディバンダリ. I could not catch following places:
- ヅュヴィニャック (France) - Spelling in English or French is appreciated, as I edited using "仮リンク" template.
(Turkey) - Is this a place name? This seems to be a person in 13 century.
- Thank you for your article. I was interested in his works.

- Thanks for your edition;
- ヅュヴィニャック is a translitration form of "Juvignac" in France
- ナスレッディン・ホカ is a translitration form of "Nasreddin Hoca" in Turkey
- Both of them are Titles of international cartoon Exhibitions which he has been awarded in them. You can find more in his english page.

Photo request
Any military-oriented and/or patriotic people from Kagoshima prefecture here? It would be great to have some free high quality pics of Chiran kamikaze museum and things on display there like planes, photo stands, this thing (have no idea how it is called in English - a plaque? In Russian we call it "panno") and of nearby Tokko Kannon temple. - ru:Ari
- I've been to the museum some time ago, but I only have photos of the facility exterior. I think visitors were prohibited from taking pictures in the exhibition halls.
- A great pity indeed. Though exterior pics are better than nothing if you ask me. Could you maybe share them on Commons? - ru:Ari
(Crystal Bernard)
I'm trying to figure out something about クリスタル・バーナード. It looks like it has some old text (specifically the song lyrics) from a 2007 version of the English-language version, and from what I can tell, it looks like the text is pretty much the definition of "indiscriminate collection of information." But I can't read Japanese, and don't know if there may be a good reason why it's there. Can anybody take a look and tell me if it makes sense to keep it in there? superlusertc 2011 7月 21, 01:04 (UTC)
- I checked the article and felt a little mess, however, I did not feel that as "indiscriminate collection of information." The lyrics is not a whole citation and it may help understanding her songs. I think the article has reasonable information to be kept there.
Looking for a reliable source
Hello! I'm looking for reliable sources for the info found in a Russian magazine. It is said that the story of Russian writer Nikolai Vnukov (ロシア語: Николай Внуков) "Alone" (the alternative title is "Face to face") was translated to Japanese and included to the program of school education in Japan. I have not found reliable Russian sources for these facts (neither for the translation itself nor for including to the program). Could anybody help me and try to find Japanese sources? Unfortunately, I cannot find them myself since I don't understand Japanese. Thank you in advance.
- Hi Vladimir, your mentioned story seems to be translated to Japanese as "孤島の冒険" (ISBN 978-4494027347). I could not found the fact if the story was included to the school education, however, I googled and found some description that some people read the book at library in their elementally school or some parents are recommending. So I think introduction to school education may happen.

[編集] Unhelpful article (ロシア語)
Konasawa! I recently started reading japanese wikipedia aricles to increase my JP skills and I found the mentioned article very unhelpful. There are only few basic rules of russian language mentioned in this article and I think it should be completed. The best version you can found, of course, on russian wikipedia, also a bit worse version is on eng wiki. My JP skills aren't good enough to translate the whole article by myself and I want to ask somebody on JP wikipedia, who's somehow familiar with russian language to translate a russian version or an english version of this article. If somebody's here wants to translate russian version instead of english but don't know anything on russian, I'm ready to help with the translation. Thanks in advance for your replies. [編集] Help for a translation
Hi guys, I created a text (inspired by English wiki) in English but I don't speak Japanese. This page is already in Italian, English, Spanish and French but I would like to add your language! :) Could any good soul translate these few words in Japanese?
Basket Rimini Crabs is a basketball team from the city of Rimini, Italy.
The club was born in 1947 under the name "Polisportiva Libertas". During the 1970s the team, nel frattempo named "Basket Rimini" reached the Serie A2 (Italian second level), a professional championship for the first time in its history. In 1984 Basket Rimini was promoted in "Serie A1", the highest level of Italian basketball: it played in this league 8 seasons from 1984 and 2001 (sometimes they went down on A2). Its best result was 8th place in "Serie A1" in the 1985/86 season. The club qualified twice, in the 1998/99 and 1999/00 seasons, for the Korać Cup, a continental competition.
In 2001 it was relegated again in "Legadue", the former Serie A2, adding officially "Crabs" nickname to its denomination. In 2011 the Crabs were exlcluded from Legadue due to financial problems, and so they restarted from the "DNB" championship (fourth Italian level).
Some of its youth teams won the title of national champions in the 1980's and '90's. Also, Carlton Myers, one of the best Italian basketball players, began his career in Basket Rimini, as did Alex Righetti and many others.

Master thesis about "knowledge sharing and translation using the example of Wikipedia"
Hello dear Japanese Wikipedians!
My name is Conny and I'm a student at the University of Vienna, doing Translation Studies. My language combination is German-English-Japanese, so I do speak Japanses, but I chose the Non-Japanese Speakers button, because I'm just a lot faster when writing in English as it is just easier... >< The reason I post here is that I'm about to start my Master thesis about "knowledge sharing and translation using the example of Wikipedia" and I need your help. As you Japanese Wikipedians are very diligent in composing/translating articles to enlarge the Japanese WP, I figured it would be best to interview you and not e.g. English or German (maybe I'll do the Germans as well...) Wikipedians. So my question is: Are you willing to help me with my thesis and answer some questions about yourself and your motivation to work for Wikipedia and why translation is/might be a good means to enlarge the Japanese WP etc.? The questionnaire comprises I think about 25 questions, some of them can be answered in one sentence, whereas for some questions I'd be happy if you could write more...I still have to translate the questions into English, but if you feel more confident with a Japanese questionnaire, I can translate it into Japanese anytime (if you don't mind some mistakes...). I would just prefer English as my supervising professor doesn't speak Japanese (but for me it's better to have more feedback - even if it's in Japanese and the prof just has to trust me regarding the contents and their translation - than no feedback because of questionnaires in the "wrong" language...). Would you be so kind to help me? I'd really very appreciate any effort!! :)
Btw, I know the Meta:Translation team has a coordinator, do you have one too, or are you just cooperating loosely?
Thanks very much, Conny

Category for individually developed Pywikipedia codes
Hi,
we have hu:Category:Egyedi fejlesztésű Pywikipedia-kódok in Hungarian Wikipedia that means something like "Individually developed Pywikipedia codes". We put the published Pywiki bot scripts of local bot owners here that are not distributed with official Pywiki edition. I want to create such categories in other wikis and join them with interwikis to help bot owners who want to see other bot owners' solutions and look for useful scripts to be localized. This would help the international wikicommunity. Please help to find the correct name and parent category in your wiki.
- Hi, Bináris. It' a good idea, but there is not such a code page on jawiki as far as I know. So I've only linked to the category from Pywikipediabot page as a reference documents. Thanks for your attention.--赤の旋律(talk、irc) 2011年9月12日 (月) 11:31 (UTC)
Thanks. My idea is to create a new category for pywiki scripts, and put them into that category.
- Categories that contain nothing will be deleted sooner or later. I think we should wait for someone to write a script or to find an individually developed script.
Here they are: http://ja.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E7%89%B9%E5%88%A5%3A%E6%A4%9C%E7%B4%A2&profile=advanced&search=%22import+wikipedia%22&fulltext=Search&ns2=1&redirs=1&profile=advanced I only wrote to Wikipedias where I checked the existence of such scripts. "import wikipedia" in user namespace is a reliable sign of life in the wiki. :-) You may also have a look at meta:International Pywiki Project where similar collections are already listed. This would be useful for Japanese bot owners who are looking for useful scripts in other wikis.

- Excuse us for writing in Japanese, to users ja-2, 1, or 0. Let me switch to English. The information below is informative also for others, so I shall write the resources.
- For yomigana of Japanese person's names, NDL OPAC is useful if the person published book(s). For researchers, CiNii may offer you his/her romanized name.
- 李錦玉 doesn't look like a Japanese name. In the title, the National Diet Library uses "リ キンギョク" based on the Japanese on'yomi, but when the name is listed as author, it says "リ クムオク" instead, which looks like North Korean (리금옥/Ri Kŭm-ok according to Wiktionary). I think that the transcribed spelling should be based on Korean pronunciation instead.

Is "Ocean chemistry"="海洋化学" and "Chemical oceanography"="化学海洋学" in Japanese?
- IMHO, chemical oceanography (a field of scientific study) is "海洋化学" in Japanese.
- We don't seem to have a handy Japanese word for ocean chemistry (the composition, properties, and reactions of substances in the sea), but the translation would probably be something like "海洋物質の化学的性質".
- It's pleased with your quick reply. From your reply, I can comprehend the meaning of term "化学" in Japanese, which refers only a discipline. However, "化学" in Chinese can refer to both disciplines(“生物化学”=Biochemistry、“有机化学”=Organic chemistry...) and chemical properties of objects in many disciplines; “蛋白质化学” refers to “蛋白质的化学性质(chemical properties of protein)” researched in biochemistry instead of a discipline name. It is believed that the problem is solved. Thank you for explanation.——Shakiestone 2012年1月2日 (月) 11:44 (UTC)

済 Hi Purplewowies, I think your caption works! The one thing the online translator mistook was it did not put dot between name and family name. (My Little Pony: The Movie)에 東映アニメーション이 하청으로 제작에 참여한 적 있고 (그런데 등장하는 캐릭터의 형태가 일본에 발매된 것과 다르니까 일본 극장가에 상영되었는지 텔레비전으로 방송되었는지 여부를 저는 모르겠습니다.), 이 페이지를 보면 일본의 업체가 2세대(G2)의 로고를 달고 제품을 발매한 것으로 보아 2세대 때의 장난감이 일본에 발매되었을 가능성을 배제할 수 없으며, 3세대(G3) 초기 제품군은 タカラトミー가 일본으로 정식 수입한 적 있습니다. My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic에 대한 네티즌 사이에서의 인기를 무시할 수는 없습니다.
