吉田 修（よしだ おさむ、1935年3月1日 - ）は、日本の医学者。前奈良県立医科大学学長。京都大学名誉教授。学位は、医学博士（京都大学・1967年）。専門は泌尿器科学。

岡山県出身。元日本学術会議議員。38歳で京都大学医学部泌尿器科学講座を主宰。以後多数の俊英を育成。日本泌尿器科学会総会会長、同理事長、日本癌治療学会総会会長、同理事などを歴任。泌尿器科学領域全般に幅広い業績。特に泌尿器腫瘍学分野で画期的な業績。また、医学教育分野や医事行政にも造詣が深く、文部科学省、厚生労働省関連の協議会、懇談会などに数多く参加。

2008年6月よりiPSアカデミアジャパン株式会社代表取締役社長（現在相談役）、2012年4月より天理医療大学学長。
