長谷川 英男（はせがわ ひでお、生年不詳 - ）は、日本の寄生虫学者。

大分大学医学部医学科教授、学位：医学博士(新潟大学)、理学修士(新潟大学)(長谷川英男 2013)。1972年、 新潟大学理学部生物学卒、1978年、新潟大学医学研究科医動物学修了、1978年 - 1979年、日本学術振興会奨励 研究員、1979年 - 1980年 新潟大学医学部 助手

1978年、新潟大学より医学博士の学位を取得、学位論文の題は「Larval nematodes of the superfamily spiruroidea : a description, identification and examination of their pathogenicity(Spiruroidea上科の幼線虫 : 記載,同定および病原性の検討)」[1]。

1980年 - 1987年 琉球大学医学部 助手

1987年 - 1996年 琉球大学医学部 助教授

1996年 - 2003年 大分医科大学 助教授

2003年 - 2003年 大分医科大学 教授
