『フォーブス』（英: Forbes）は、アメリカ合衆国の経済誌である。本社はニューヨーク。フォーブス一族によって経営されている。現在の編集長はマルコム・フォーブスの息子のスティーブ・フォーブス。

アジア版など日本版を含めて32の国際版をもち、毎年春に発表する世界長者番付で広く知られる。

沿革[編集]

  • 1917年 - フランス系アメリカ人のB.C.フォーブス（英語版）が創刊（現在の発行人は孫のスティーヴ・フォーブス（英語版））。
  • 1992年4月 - 株式会社ぎょうせいが、月刊誌として日本版創刊。発行人は藤澤乙安、編集人は小野塚秀男。カバーストーリーは「90年代、土地バブルはもう来ない」[2]。
  • 2009年9月 - 日本版を同月発行分（2009年11月号）で休刊。
  • 2014年6月 - 株式会社アトミックスメディア（現在はリンクタイズ株式会社）が、『Forbes JAPAN』（フォーブスジャパン）の発行を開始（日本版を事実上復刊）。
