誇りと自由を胸に、ザンビアの歌を（英語: Stand and Sing of Zambia, Proud and Free）はザンビアの国歌である。作曲はエノック・マンカイ・ソントンガ。歌詞は違うものの、南アフリカの国歌の一部、タンザニアの国歌、建国当時のジンバブエの国歌と同じメロディー（神よ、アフリカに祝福を）である。
