アース・アンド・ファイアー（Earth & Fire）は、クリス＆ゲラルド・コェスター兄弟らにより結成されたオランダの女性1人と男性4人からなるロック・グループである。
彼等は1970年代にヨーロッパの一部で人気を博し、オランダのポップ・チャートの上位に数曲がランクインした。 オランダ国外でもベルギーなどで成功を収めたが、イギリスとアメリカではヒットを出すことができなかった。
彼らの国際的な最大のヒット曲は'Weekend'（1979年）で、この曲はオランダ、スイス、ドイツ、デンマーク、ポルトガルのヒットチャートで1位を獲得した。その他、よく知られているヒット曲は「シーズン」[1]（1970年）である。
