不破 信彦（ふわ のぶひこ、Nobuhiko Fuwa、1961年（昭和36年）9月9日 - 2018年（平成30年）2月16日）は、日本の開発経済学者。元東京大学公共政策大学院教授。専門は、貧困、農業・農村開発、ジェンダー、不平等、フィールドワーク、政策介入の影響評価。

略歴[編集]

京都市で生まれ、1985年に早稲田大学政治経済学部政治学科を卒業する。株式会社東京銀行（現三菱UFJ銀行）に入社し、1987年には社団法人海外コンサルティング企業協会事務局研究員となる。

1990年にカリフォルニア大学バークレー校農業資源経済学部助手となる。1995年にカリフォルニア大学バークレー校農業資源経済学専攻 博士課程修了。学位論文題目は「Social Stratification and Mobility in a Philippine Village, 1962-1994」。同年 米国・イースト・ウエスト・センター研究員となる。

1996年には 米国・世界銀行貧困社会政策局ジェンダー分析課調査研究チーム ヒューマンリソース・エコノミスト、1998年に千葉大学大学院自然科学研究科講師。2002年は千葉大学大学院自然科学研究科准教授となる。

2010年に早稲田大学大学院アジア太平洋研究科准教授、2011年には早稲田大学大学院アジア太平洋研究科教授、2015年に東京大学公共政策大学院教授となる。

受賞歴[編集]

2004年に総合研究開発機構よりNIRA大来政策研究賞を受賞（大塚啓二郎・黒崎卓編著『教育と経済発展：途上国における貧困削減に向けて』分担・共著）[1]。
