中央アフリカ共和国は、1991年から複数政党制に移行した。国民議会には7つの政党が議席を持ち、そのうち、国民集合クワ・ナ・クワ、中央アフリカ人民解放運動、中央アフリカ民主連合の3党が主要な政党となっている。
