玉手 英利(たまて ひでとし、1954年 - )は、日本の哺乳類学者山形大学学長。

1954年生まれ(山形大学 2013)。東北大学理学部生物学科、1977年03月卒業、東北大学大学院理学研究科生物学博士課程 1983年03月、修了、理学士(1985年、東北大学)、理学修士(1983年、東北大学)、理学博士(1983年、東北大学)(山形大学 2013)。

山形大学医学部助手 (1983年04月~1989年03月)、学校法人専修大学石巻専修大学 助教授 (1989年04月~1998年03月)、学校法人専修大学石巻専修大学 教授 (1998年04月~2003年03月)(山形大学 2013)。山形大学理学部生物学科教授(山形大学 2013)、山形大学理学部学部長(山形新聞 2012)。

2020年学長選考会議(議長:相澤益男東京工業大学名誉教授、議長代理:中野光雄富士紡ホールディングス会長兼社長)により山形大学学長に選出された[1]。所属学会は、日本動物学会日本遺伝学会日本哺乳類学会日本生態学会
