牧人ひつじを（まきびとひつじを、英語The first noel）はクリスマスに歌われるイギリスのキャロル(讃美歌)である。

この曲の旋律は、イングランド西部地方に17世紀以前から伝わる旋律である。ウィリアム・サンズ（英語版）が1833年に発表して以来、軽快な曲と共に世界に広まった。アメリカでもよく歌われるようになった。日本語訳は、津川主一によるものである。

The first Noel the angels did say

Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay;

In fields where they lay, keeping their sheep,

On a cold winter's night that was so deep:
