ジャイルズ・A・ルッツ
ジャイルズ・アルフレッド・ルッツ （Giles Alfred Lutz、1910年3月 - 1982年6月）は、アメリカ合衆国ミズーリ州生まれの作家。パルプ・マガジンに多くの西部劇小説を書いたことで知られる。
「Get a Wild Horse Hunter」で西部劇専門のパルプ・マガジン「Western Novels and Short Stories」1952年6月号でデビュー。
1950年代半ばから1982年6月に死去するまで、短編パルプ小説から長編小説へと移行しながら、アメリカ西部開拓期についての多くの作品を発表した。
1962年には小説「The Honyocker」で、アメリカ・ウエスタン作家連盟のGolden Spur Awardを受賞している。
ジェームズ・B・シャフィン(James B. Chaffin)、ウェード・エヴェレット(Wade Everett)、アレックス・ホーク(Alex Hawk)、ハンター(Hunter)、ハンター・イングラム(Hunter Ingram)、リース・サリヴァン(Reese Sullivan)、ジーン・トンプソン(Gene Thompson)など、いくつものペンネームを用いており、また、ブラッド・カーティス(Brad Curtis)のペンネームでエロチックなパルプ小説も書いている。
