The visual editor is now active here[編集]

As some of you have noticed, this Wikipedia now has the visual editor (ビジュアルエディター) enabled for all registered users. The rollout to logged-out users will likely happen in a week or so.

For an explanation of how the editing system now works and how to choose your favorite setting, please see this announcement.

All edits using the visual editor will be tagged with "ビジュアルエディター" in recent changes, watchlists, and page histories. To access the User Guide for the visual editor, click on the "(?)" icon in its toolbar. See also the local quick-help page curated by Japanese Wikipedia editors. If you wish to change your editing system preferences, this can be done under 個人設定の「編集」 --> 編集 --> 編集モード： at any time.

ビジュアルエディターが有効化されました[編集]

みなさん、こんにちは。

すでにお気づきかもしれませんが、ウィキペディア日本語版のすべてのログインユーザに対して　ビジュアルエディター(the visual editor ) が有効化されました。IPユーザに対しては来週以降に有効化される予定です。

この編集方法がどのように機能するか、どのように設定を選択するかの説明は先日のお知らせをご覧ください。

ビジュアルエディターによる編集は、最近の更新、ウォッチリスト、編集履歴 で "ビジュアルエディター" としてタグ付けされます。ビジュアルエディター利用者ガイドを見るには、ツールバーの "(?)" アイコンをクリックしてください。日本語版独自の手引き もあります。編集方法の設定は、個人設定の「編集」 --> 編集 --> 編集モード：　でいつでも変更できます。

なにか問題を見つけたらどうぞお知らせください。ファブリケータ（現在のバグ追跡システム）に直接報告してくださってもいいですし、日本語版上のWikipedia:ビジュアルエディター/フィードバックに書いていただくこともできます; もちろん、良かったら私に直接言ってください。 緊急事態（予期せぬバグが深刻な問題を引き起こしているなど）の場合は、プロダクトマネージャのJames Forrester（jforrester@wikimedia.org）か、あるいは IRCの #mediawiki-visualeditor チャンネルにご連絡ください。

Cross wiki notifications will be released by default on all wikis on May 12 at 23:00 UTC

During the beta phase, the cross-wiki notifications feature was enabled by over 18,000 accounts across more than 360 wikis. We receive great feedback from a lot of very happy users. After that 3-months long beta period during which we made adjustments and that feature is now ready for a release by default.

Users who don't want to receive cross-wiki notifications will be able to turn them off on their preferences on each wiki. If you haven't activated Cross-wiki Notifications during the Beta phase, you may receive old unread notifications from other wikis.

More information is available on the documentation. The talk page is still open for any questions or feedback, in any language.

A new "Welcome" message[編集]

Hello everyone.

This is a heads-up about a change which is going to be announced in Tech News: Add the "welcome" dialog (with button to switch) to the wikitext editor.

In a nutshell, this will provide a one-time "Welcome" message in the wikitext editor which explains that anyone can edit, and every improvement helps. The user can then start editing in the wikitext editor right away, or switch to the visual editor. (This is the equivalent of an already existing welcome message for visual editor users, which suggests the option to switch to the wikitext editor. If you have already seen this dialog in the visual editor, you will not see the new one in the wikitext editor.)

  • I want to make sure that, although users will see this dialog only once, they can read it in their language as much as possible. Please read the instructions if you can help with that.
  • I also want to underline that the dialog does not change in any way current site-wide and personal configurations of the visual editor.
    • Nothing changes permanently for users who chose to hide the visual editor in their Preferences.
    • This wiki now features a Single Edit Tab system—if you're not sure you know or remember how that works, you can read the guide; you can change your editing settings at any time, by the way.
    • There is a slight chance that you see a few more questions than usual about the visual editor. Please refer people to local documentation or to the feedback page, and feel free to ping me if you have questions too!
  • Finally, I want to acknowledge that, while not everyone will see that dialog, many of you will; if you're reading this you are likely not the intended recipients of that dialog, so you may be confused or annoyed by it—and if this is the case, I'm truly sorry about that. Please feel free to cross-post this message at other venues on this wiki if you think it will avoid that other users feel caught by surprise by this change.

新しい "ウェルカム" メッセージ[編集]

これはTech Newsの ウィキテキストエディターに"ウェルカム" メッセージ (切り替えボタンつき)を追加でお知らせすることになっている変更についての注意喚起です。

簡単に言うと、だれでも編集でき、あらゆる改善が役にたちますという1回限りの "ウェルカム" メッセージをウィキテキストエディターに追加することになります。 ユーザはそのままウィキテキストエディターを編集するなり、ビジュアルエディターに切り替えるなりできるようになります。 (これは現在の、ウィキテキストエディターに切り替える選択肢があることを示唆するビジュアルエディターを使う人へのウェルカムメッセージに相当するものです。もしビジュアルエディターでウェルカムメッセージをすでに目にしたことがあったら、ウィキテキストエディターであらたにウェルカムメッセージを見ることはないでしょう。)

  • このメッセージを見るのは一度だけとはいうものの、できるだけたくさんの人が自分の言語で読むことができるようにしたいと思います。もし翻訳をお手伝いいただけるならこちらの説明 をお読みください。
  • もうひとつ強調しておきたいのは、このメッセージは、ビジュアルエディターに関する現行のサイト設定や個人設定を変えるものではないということです。
    • ユーザが個人設定でビジュアルエディターを隠すよう選択している場合は恒久的な変更はありません。

  • Last week's MediaWiki version was late on some wikis. [19]

Changes this week

  • Special:Notifications will have "mark as read" buttons for each day. The non-JavaScript version will get it this week. A JavaScript version will come later. [20]
  • Wikis can now locally decide what wikitext they want the signature button to produce. [21]
  • A one-time welcome message for users will now be shown in the wikitext editor. This will include existing users. [22]
  • The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from May 17. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from May 18. It will be on all wikis from May 19 (calendar).

Future changes

  • Using self-closing tags like <div/> and <span/> to mean <div></div> and <span></span> will not work in the future. Templates and pages that use these tags should be fixed. When Phabricator ticket T134423 is fixed these tags will parse as <div> and <span> instead. This is normal in HTML5. [23]

  • The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 24 May. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 25 May. It will be on all wikis from 26 May (calendar).

  • You can join the next meeting with the VisualEditor team. During the meeting, you can tell developers which bugs you think are the most important. The meeting will be on May 24 at 19:00 (UTC). See how to join.

Future changes

  • All HTTP access to Wikimedia sites and APIs will stop working. Some bots still use HTTP. They will need to use HTTPS instead. This will happen on June 12. [26]

  • 以前のページに戻るための処理方法が新しくなります。これにより、ツールとスクリプトの一部が正常に働かなくなりますが、確認後設計しなおされます。 [28][29]
  • CentralNoticeは旧ブラウザーの一部において、正常に働きませんでしたが、現在は復旧しています。 [30]
