内側側副靭帯（ないそくそくふくじんたい、medial collateral ligament; MCL）は、肘や膝の靭帯である。
多くは大腿骨（太ももの骨）と脛骨（すねの骨）を結ぶ靭帯を指す。肘の場合は、尺側側副靱帯、尺骨側副靱帯とも呼ばれ、UCL（Ulnar Collateral Ligament）と略される。
