マーチン・トロウ（Martin Trow, 1926年6月21日 - 2007年2月24日[1]）は、アメリカ合衆国の社会学者、教育政策学者[2]。
マーチン・トロウは1947年にスティーブンス工科大学（ニュージャージー州）から機械工学の学士号を取得した。その後短期間エンジニアとして働き、1948年に社会学を研究するためコロンビア大学に進学、1956年に博士号を取得した。1957年にカリフォルニア大学バークレー校の講師に着任、1962年に准教授、1968年に社会学教授に昇進し、1993年に退職するまで教鞭をとり続けた。1991年にはスウェーデン王立科学アカデミー（ストックホルム）の会員に選出されている。
