トランスコルチン(Transcortin)は、αグロブリンである[2][3][4]。ヒトにおいては、SERPINA6遺伝子でコードされる。コルチコステロイド結合グロブリン(corticosteroid-binding globulin、CBG)やセルピンA6(serpin A6)とも呼ばれる。





さらに、 血清中の約4%のテストステロンはトランスコルチンと結合している[8]エストラジオールの一部も同様にトランスコルチンと結合している。
