ダニエル・ハンドラー（Daniel Handler 1970年2月28日 – ）はアメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコ生まれの小説家、脚本家。1992年にウェズリアン大学を卒業した。別名義はレモニー・スニケット（Lemony Snicket）。

ハンドラーの脚本には2003年の映画『Rick』、『Kill the Poor』がある。

ハンドラーはレモニー・スニケットの筆名で『世にも不幸なできごと』シリーズを執筆している。また、スニケット名義の経歴を自伝『Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Autobiography』にまとめた。
