アラン・ロースソーン（Alan Rawsthorne、1905年 5月2日 - 1971年 7月24日）は、イギリスの作曲家。

ランカシャー州ハズリンデン出身。マンチェスター音楽大学で学んだ後、ポーランドのザコパネでエゴン・ペトリにピアノを学び、さらに短期間ベルリンに留学した。1938年の「2つのヴァイオリンのための主題と変奏」、翌年の「交響的練習曲」で評価されるようになった。作品にはヴィオラ・ソナタ、2つのピアノ協奏曲、オーボエ協奏曲、2つのヴァイオリン協奏曲、管弦楽のための協奏曲、チェロ協奏曲、3つの弦楽四重奏曲、3つの交響曲がある。1971年にジュリアン・ブリームのために『ギターのためのエレジー』を作曲中に死去。ブリームの手によって完成され初演された。

また「捕われた心」「怒りの海」などの映画の音楽を担当している。
