ボーリー牧師館（ボーリーぼくしかん、Borley Rectory）は、イギリス、エセックス州の村ボーリーにあった有名な幽霊屋敷。文献によってはボーリー司祭館やボーリー司教館[1]、ボーレー牧師館[2]とも。また古い文献では「ボーリー」を「ボーリィ」と表記しているものもある。

イギリス、エセックス州とサフォーク州の州境にあるスタウワー川の渓谷を見下ろすような位置にある丘の上にあった[1]。この教区の牧師（司祭）ヘンリー・ブルの住居（牧師館）として1863年に建設され、後に幽霊屋敷として有名になった。もともと修道女や馬車の幽霊が目撃されたり、誰もいないはずなのにベルの音やささやき声が聞こえるなどの怪現象が報告されていたのに加え、1930～1935年にライオネル・フォイスター夫妻が住んでいた時にはおよそ2000件もの心霊現象が起きたとされている[1]。1937年には超常現象研究家のハリー・プライスが調査のためにここに居住し、いくつもの調査報告書を発表したことで非常に有名になった[1]（同調査報告は、後述の「関連文献」中にPrice, H. という表記で掲載）。

ここで起きた超常現象類については（下の関連文献に挙げるように）膨大な量の記述・研究がなされている。

1939年に焼失[1]。1944年撤去[1]。館が撤去された現在でも観光客などが訪れる場所となっている。
