トーマス・クリステンセン

トーマス・クリステンセン（英語：Thomas J. Christensen、1962年 - ）はアメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者、プリンストン大学政治学部教授。専門は国際安全保障、中国外交、東アジアの国際関係。

略歴

1984年、ハヴァフォード大学卒業（歴史学専攻）。1987年、ペンシルベニア大学大学院修士課程を修了。北京大学への留学を経て、1993年、コロンビア大学大学院よりPh.D.（政治学）の学位を取得。

コーネル大学助教授（1993-97年）、同准教授（1997-98年）、マサチューセッツ工科大学准教授（1998-2002年）、同教授（2002年-03年）を経て、2003年7月より現職。

2006年7月から2008年7月まで東アジア・太平洋担当国務副次官補（中国、台湾、モンゴル担当）を務めた。2000年より民間NPO米中関係全米委員会（NCUSCR）の理事・執行委員を務める。
