蛛肺類(ちゅうはいるい、Arachnopulmonata[1])は、鋏角亜門クモガタ綱に属する節足動物の分類群。書肺という呼吸器官にあることを共有形質とし、サソリと四肺類(サソリモドキ・ヤイトムシ・ウデムシ・クモ)から構成され[1][2][3]、絶滅群まで範囲を広げるとワレイタムシをも含むと考えられる。この系統仮説は分子系統学[2][1][4][5]、遺伝子重複[6][7]、および書肺の解剖学的構造の相同性[8]に有力視される[9]。本群とカニムシの類縁関係は一部の分子系統解析に示唆される場合もある[1]。
