ピア・ドゥーヴェス[1]（オランダ語: Pia Douwes、1964年8月5日 - ）は、ヨーロッパを中心に活躍しているミュージカル女優。オランダのアムステルダム出身。
- 1983 - 1986 ロンドンのブルック・スクール・オブ・バレエにて勉強。
- 1984 - 1985 オーストリアのスージー・ニコレッティとサム・ケインが主催するオーストリアの音楽コースに入学。
- 1986 - Noelle TurnerとCarol Blaickner-Mayoに歌のレッスンを受けていて、CVT（Complete Vocal Training）教師（デンマーク）になる研究をしている。
