スタンリー・ジャック・ラックマン（Stanley Jack Rachman、1934年1月19日 - 2021年9月2日）は南アフリカ生まれの心理学者。

主に強迫症（OCD）や不安症に取り組んだ。

キャリアの大半をイギリスとカナダを拠点に過ごした。

業績[編集]

主に強迫症（OCD）や不安障害の研究に取り組んだ。彼の貢献と功績は、いくつかの賞を受けている。Rachmanは著名な学術雑誌の編集委員を務めた。退職するまで「Behaviour Research and Therapy」誌の共同創設者（Hans Eysenckと共同）であり、編集長を務めた。強迫症や不安症に関する書籍や数百本の論文を発表しており、最近では強迫観念や強迫チェックに関する新しい認知モデルや治療法を提案し、また汚染恐怖の概念改訂を提案している。

キングス・カレッジ・ロンドンの精神医学研究所で心理学の名誉教授を務めた。1982年、ブリティッシュコロンビア大学（バンクーバー）に移る。同大学心理学部名誉教授となる。2009年、英国心理学会のプロフェッショナル・プラクティス委員会から生涯功労賞を授与される。また、カナダ王立協会のフェローでもある。
