コルネリス（キース）・フラク（Cornelis (Kees) Vlak, 1938年9月30日 - 2014年12月5日）は、オランダの作曲家。アムステルダム出身。活動の分野によって、"Robert Allmend"、 "Llano"、"Luigi di Ghisallo"、"Alfred Bösendorfer"、"Dick Ravenal"などの別名義を用いている。

フラクは幼少時からトランペットを父親から習い、後にはクラリネット奏者としてファンファーレ・バンド（吹奏楽の一種）に参加した。彼は故郷の学校の音楽学部でピアノ（1959年）やトランペット、オーケストラ演奏（1961年）などを勉強し、免状を授与された。また、アメリカ合衆国サンフランシスコのバークレー高等学校で音楽理論を学んだ。

フラクは教育を受けている期間に、数多くの団体（レヴュー、ミュージカル、オペレッタ、交響楽団など）で演奏を行っていた。長期の病のため、彼は25年間続けてきたトランペットの演奏を止めなければならなかった。そして彼は空いた時間を作曲に費やし、そのことで国内外において名声と栄光を手にすることができた。

フラクは青少年管弦楽団、とりわけ吹奏楽団向けの作品に重点を置いており、500曲におよぶ作品を作曲している。
