ストローブ・タルボット

ストローブ・タルボット（Nelson Strobridge "Strobe" Talbott III 、1946年4月25日-）は、アメリカ合衆国の外交評論家、ジャーナリスト。現在、ブルッキングス研究所の所長を務める。

オハイオ州デイトン生まれ。イェール大学卒業。ローズ奨学生としてオックスフォード大学で研究中、ビル・クリントンと知り合う。1980年代は『タイム』誌の記者として米ソの軍備管理・軍縮問題を取材する。1994年から2001年まで国務副長官を務め、対ロシア政策やNATOの東方拡大に関わる。

2016年春の叙勲で旭日大綬章を受章[1]。
