グレン・ハバード（Robert Glenn Hubbard、1958年9月4日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の経済学者。フロリダ州オーランド市生まれ。

コロンビア大学ビジネス・スクール校長で、ジョージ・W・ブッシュ政権下では大統領経済諮問委員会議長を務めた。アメリカンエンタープライズ研究所の客員スカラーも兼務している。サプライサイド経済学者で、2003年のブッシュ減税を推進した。

経歴

• 1958年　フロリダ州オーランドで生まれる。
• 1979年　University of Central Florida学士（B.A.,B.S., Economics, summa cum laude）。
• 1981年　ハーバード大学修士（A.M.）。
• 1983年　ハーバード大学博士（Ph.D.,　博士論文'Three Essays on Government Debt and Asset Markets'）
• 1981年～1983年　ハーバード大学のティーチング・フェローとなる。
• 1983年～1988年 ノースウェスタン大学の助教授となる。 　
• 1988年　コロンビア大学Graduate School of Businessの教授に就任する。
• 1994年～現在　コロンビア大学Graduate School of Businessの教授（Russell L. Carson Professor of Economics and Finance）に就任する。
• 2001年～2003年　ブッシュ大統領のもと大統領経済諮問委員会委員長に就任する。
• 2004年～現在　コロンビア大学ビジネススクール校長に就任する。
