アンドロメダ座8番星(8 Andromedae, 8 And)は、北天のアンドロメダ座にある三重星[11]である。視等級は4.82[1]で、裸眼で見える。年周視差は6.1 mas[2]で、地球からの距離は540光年と推定されている。日心視線速度-8 km/sで地球に近づいている[3]。

主星は年老いた赤色巨星で、スペクトル分類はM2.5 III Ba0.5[8]である。つまりこの星は中程度のバリウム星で、大気にはs過程の元素が多い。これは、接近した連星系で白色矮星の伴星から獲得したか、漸近巨星分枝上にあり自ら元素を産み出したかのどちらかである[12]。未知のタイプの周期変光星であり、4.3日毎に0.0161等級変動している[13]。

もう一つの伴星は、2005年時点で位置角164°に沿って分離角7.8″離れた13.0等級の恒星である[14]。
