一級アミンオキシダーゼ(primary-amine oxidase)は、次の化学反応触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

RCH2NH2 + H2O + O2 RCHO + NH3 + H2O2

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質RCH2NH2H2OO2、生成物はRCHONH3H2O2である。
