スルカトンレダクターゼ（sulcatone reductase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

すなわち、この酵素の基質はスルカトールとNAD⁺、生成物はスルカトンとNADHとH⁺である。

組織名はsulcatol:NAD⁺ oxidoreductaseである。
