アカエイ科（学名：Dasyatidae）は、トビエイ目の下位分類群のひとつ。多くのエイに共通するように、体は上から押しつぶされたように平たく、座布団のような形をしている。世界中の熱帯から温帯地方の海域に広く分布している。
分類
[編集]およそ90種が属する。分類体系は安定していなかったが、2016年に分子系統解析に基づいた4亜科からなる体系に再編された[2]。
