ホーム・カウンティ（英: Home counties）はロンドン周辺のカウンティを指す範囲である。通常、ホーム・カウンティはバッキンガムシャー、サリーのほか[1]、バークシャー、エセックス、ハートフォードシャー、ベッドフォードシャーを含むことも多い[1][2]。一方、ロンドンまでの距離がより遠いケンブリッジシャー、ハンプシャー、オックスフォードシャー、イースト・サセックス、ウェスト・サセックスはホーム・カウンティとみなされないことが多い[1][2]。
