グエン・ゴク・ビイン（ベトナム語: Nguyễn Ngọc Bình、英語: Nguyen Ngoc Binh、1959年9月17日[1] - ）は、ベトナム出身のコンピュータ科学者。京都情報大学院大学の教授・元副学長であり、現在、ベトナムのCMC大学の学長である。
