グエン・ゴク・ビインベトナム語: Nguyễn Ngọc Bình英語: Nguyen Ngoc Binh1959年9月17日[1] - )は、ベトナム出身のコンピュータ科学者。京都情報大学院大学の教授・元副学長であり、現在、ベトナムのCMC大学の学長である。
