長岡 正哲（ながおか まさのり、1968年 - ）は、国際公務員。学位は博士（世界遺産学）（筑波大学・2015年）。国際連合教育科学文化機関職員。

来歴[編集]

生い立ち[編集]

1990年に神奈川大学外国語学部英米語学科卒業後[1]、筑波大学大学院で博士（世界遺産学）の学位を修得[2][3]、米国コロンビア大学大学院美術史考古学修士号取得。

国際公務員として[編集]

2004年よりユネスコ勤務。ユネスコ・パリ本部世界遺産センターアジア太平洋課事業企画専門官、ユネスコ・ジャカルタ事務所文化部主任、カブール事務所文化部主任を経てプノンペン事務所文化部主任。[4] 2001年に、タリバンによってアフガニスタンの世界遺産・バーミヤン遺跡の大仏が爆破された、その大仏の再建に取り組む。[5]
