ヘンゼン細胞（ヘンゼンさいぼう、英：cells of Hensen）とはコルチ器（蝸牛管の下壁に存在）を構成する支持細胞の一つでダイテルス細胞の外側の傾斜部を構成している[1][2][3]。
解説
[編集]「Rauber-Kopsh解剖学」では以下のように解説している[4]。
「これは基底板上でダイテルス細胞より外方にあって，ラセン器の外方の傾斜部をつくっている上皮細胞の大きな1群である．不規則な形で高さもいろいろと異なる細胞が単層をなして密に集合し，1つの高まりをつくっているのであるが，丈の高い細胞が低い細胞の上へかぶさるような位置をとることがあるために，多層配列と思えるような観を呈することがある．事実また上皮の圧力の関係によって上皮細胞の一部が他のものの上に完全に重なっていることもあり，これはラセン器の内方の傾斜部ではいつも見られる現象である．」
