The Yak-11 was a two-seat trainer based on the Yak-3 airframe. It was given the NATO codename 'Moose'. 3,859 were built in Russia and a further 700 by LET in the Czech Republic. They were retired from the Russian Air Force in 1962.
This example has no known history (at present) and is on display at the Russian Air Force Museum.
