I think it's not a department/faculty. It's actually an autonomous body. Something like a en:Deemed University in India (autonomous academic institute which administrate itself, but its 'parent' university is the one who award the degree), I think. Thank you. -- Bact 2005年5月3日 (火) 17:24 (UTC)[返信]

Hmm.. not work :( I think I'm logged in. Does the account at en.wikipedia.org can be use here ? I see there's the same topic in English and other languages (en:Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology). But if it's not fit in Japanese Wikipedia, that's fine krub. Nevermind.
