ノート:アフガニスタンの州

I have uploaded a map of the provinces in Japanese at Image:Afghanistan provinces japanese.png on commons. I won't put it here yet, since while I do know enough Japanese to make it, I won't intrude on your wikipedia. ;) Also, do you think I have to include the "州" in every bit, or can it be safely omitted?
