NADPH-ヘムタンパク質レダクターゼ(NADPH-hemoprotein reductase)は、次の化学反応触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

NADPH + H+ + 酸化型ヘムタンパク質 \rightleftharpoons NADP+ + 還元型ヘムタンパク質

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質NADPHとH+と酸化型ヘムタンパク質、生成物はNADP+と還元型ヘムタンパク質である。
