ブデロビブリオノータ門（ブデロビブリオノータもん、Bdellovibrionota）は真正細菌の門の一つである。タイプ綱はブデロビブリオ綱（Bdellovibrionia）、タイプ属はブデロビブリオ属（Bdellovibrio）である[1]。
プロテオバクテリア門の大規模な系統発生学的調査により、一部の綱が別の門に属すると扱うことが適当であることが判明して、ほか3つの新門とともにブデロビブリオノータ門は新たに提案された。ブデロビブリオ目細菌は鞭毛による運動を基本に標的に接近して物理的に接触し、ペリプラズムに侵入することで標的を捕食する[9]。一方、同門のオリゴフレクスス目は非捕食性であり[10][6]、捕食形態の進化を示唆する[1]。捕食性が見られないOligoflexus tunisiensisなどのブデロビブリオノータ門細菌は、その遺伝子配列に基づく捕食性予測モデルによって捕食可能であるとの予測結果が得られた[1]。
発生系統[編集]
現在の分類体系はList of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LSPN)[11]とアメリカ国立生物工学情報センター (NCBI)に基づく[8]。
