マイクロバクテリウム科(マイクロバクテリウムか、Microbacteriaceae)とは、真正細菌の放線菌目における科の一つである。グラム陽性の土壌微生物である。
分類
[編集]現在、微生物の分類体系は「原核生物の名前のリストと命名法の提案」(List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature、LPSN)に基づく [26]。一方、米国立生物工学情報センター(National Center for Biotechnology Information、NCBI)[27] は、国際学術団体The All-Species Living Tree Project(LTP)が発行する『16S rRNA-based LTP release 106』に基づく[28]。
