English: The “Seimei Stone” at Yamanouchi-Yakumo Shrine, Kamakura. Associated with the tenth-century astrologer-diviner Abe no Seimei, local folklore has it that whoever steps on this stone unaware of its magical powers will get strong legs; those who step on it knowingly, on the other hand, may be met with a curse.
