Built 1950.
Broken up in 1956, the remains ended up on the fire dump at St Davids, Wales. The rear fuselage was eventually saved, and is now the largest surviving component of de Havillands most potent piston-engined type.
On display in the Main Hangar at the de Havilland Aircraft Museum, Salisbury Hall, London Colney, UK.
