概要
| 解説 | The north-west corner of the Forum was occupied by a temple dedicated to the emperor Antoninus Pius, which has a cella and a pronaos (23.12 m. x 13.03 m.); the architectural remains and the finds from the excavation lead to the conclusion that the building had two Corinthian columns in antis on the facade, a floor paved with slabs of marble, wall coated with plaster and a pediment with acroteria in the form of Victories in the corners and one in the form of Athena at the top. |
