China University of Technology と言って、台湾にあると言うことは台湾はやはり中国の一部と言うことなのか？ どなた賢い方は教えてください。

Taiwan is a part of "Republic of China"(ROC)中華民国, but the public knowledge prefer China is "People's Republic of China" (PRC) 中華人民共和国. They are separated country. both called for short is 中国.
